Hi, I’m Jasmine.

Bella Naihture started as a running list of questions I couldn’t find honest answers to. Not the confident, product-selling kind of answers — the kind that admit what we actually know, what we don’t, and what I’m testing on myself in the meantime.

Why This Exists

She’s a feeling, not an age.

I hit my early forties and found a research gap where a roadmap should have been. Perimenopause — the decade-plus stretch before menopause, not the single day everyone talks about — barely gets named, let alone explained. So I started digging, testing things on myself, and writing down what actually held up.

Bella Naihture is that writing, organized into five pillars: Movement, Nutrition, Sleep, Emotional Health, and Purpose. Every Tuesday I publish a research-backed deep dive — one pillar, one thread, honest about the gaps in the science. Every Friday, The Frequency looks at one interior question through four smaller lenses: what I’m wearing, nourishing, listening to, and sitting with that week.

None of this is medical advice, and I’m not a clinician. I’m one woman doing an N-of-1 experiment in public, citing sources, and telling you when something is a guess versus something with real evidence behind it. If that’s useful to you, I’m glad you’re here.
